Job summary

Payreto is seeking a Project-Based Operations Associate (KYC Analyst and Customer Support) to support onboarding, verification, and due diligence, as well as handling client inquiries. The role involves manual review of customer data to ensure KYC/AML compliance and identify fraud indicators.

You will work with the OaaS team and client risk groups using Sumsub and CRM systems, delivering accurate, timely, and well-documented decisions in a hybrid Manila-based setup.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and fraud indicators.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with risk-based assessment skills.
• Ability to document decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Initiate KYC requests via Sumsub and monitor submissions.
• Review KYC documents for authenticity and accuracy.
• Perform AML screening and assess true vs false positives.
• Document non-standard decisions with rationale and evidence.
• Assist in customer support and respond to inquiries.
