Job summary

Paysera is seeking a Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist to support KYC reviews for our global legal clients. You will work with an international team and engage with clients from around 180 nations. The role emphasizes responsible handling of KYC processes, with use of AI tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

1+ year of proven experience in KYC including onboarding, periodic, event-driven and backlog reviews.
Higher education in law/economics/finance.
Fluency in English.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and similar tech for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Verify clients' personal documents and KYC questionnaires.
Check legal entities' KYC questionnaires and source documents; provide phone consultations if needed.
Perform in-depth transactions analysis against expected profiles.
Outreach to obtain outstanding KYC information and requirements.
Respond to client queries on KYC issues; assist with inquiries across teams.
Monitor continuous KYC/verification for queues (regular/backlogs) and sanctions checks.
Advise other departments on KYC issues and coordinate with partners on country-specific KYC requirements.
Utilize Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools to enhance productivity.
