Job summary

Accenture Philippines in Taguig seeks a Korean bilingual contracting professional to lead procurement contracting projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle on a hybrid basis.

You will apply analytical skills, negotiate terms, oversee redlining, advise stakeholders, and champion AI tools to accelerate review and reporting.

This role requires 5–7 years in contracts, supervisory experience, and a legal background; bilingual Korean language is required.

Qualifications

• Legal degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
• 5–7 years in contracts/ contracting experience.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting projects across procurement agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Negotiate legal and commercial terms with suppliers and redline documents.
• Advise on contract interpretation, risks, and governance standards.
• Champion AI tools to speed up contract review and data summarization.
• Coordinate with Legal and Contracting COE for escalations and policy compliance.
