PM Consulting in Manila (BGC, Taguig) seeks a Korean bilingual Finance and Accounting Specialist to support financial operations and ensure accurate processing of accounting transactions. Strong Korean and English communication and a solid background in finance are required.

The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks, invoicing, reconciliations, and reports. Onsite daytime shift with ERP and Excel proficiency is preferred; candidates with 1–3 years of experience are favored.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting (fresh graduates may be considered depending on proficiency).
Knowledge of accounting systems and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a day shift schedule.

Responsabilités

Perform day-to-day finance and accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and on time.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Communicate with Korean-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
