Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a dynamic Partnerships professional to source and manage external partners, KOLs, and influencers for branded campaigns in the Philippines. You will coordinate outreach, negotiations, and deliverables, while supporting events and activations with internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with a focus on creating long-term collaborations with sports, entertainment, and digital media partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in KOL marketing, business development, partnerships, or event coordination.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Philippine KOLs and entertainment/sports landscape is preferred.
• Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and develop partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities.
• Coordinate outreach, negotiations, and deliverables with external partners.
• Support online and offline campaigns, activations, and shoots.
• Manage on-site hospitality, logistics, and partner briefings during events.
• Maintain records and provide updates on partnership progress and outcomes.
