Job summary

Creatory, part of the MoneyHero Group, is seeking an Associate, KOL Marketing Operations to support the Singapore Creatory business from the Philippines. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, creator/affiliate management and performance reporting, acting as a bridge between the Creatory platform, internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role offers growth toward Senior level with increasing ownership and scope, including collaboration on business development initiatives, campaigns

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing operations, sales operations, or data/campaign operations role
• Fluency in English Language
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
• Ability to interface and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party/contingent partners
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing, conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting/insights creation
• Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills, alongside high attention to detail
• Proven track record of working on own initiative with an instinctive 'can-do' attitude, and a strong focus on delivering results

Responsibilities

• Campaign, Project & Account Management: Create, maintain and execute affiliate plans based on various campaign initiatives; Coordinate with internal stakeholders; Maintain timely delivery updates; Build and maintain landing pages; Review and optimise procedures; Work with stakeholders on acquisition campaigns; Support affiliates recruitment and management; Assist SG Creatory on business development initiatives, campaigns and pitches; Manage multiple deliverables; Seek greater autonomy on complex campaigns.
• Reporting and Analytics: Support SG Creatory on business development initiatives; Manage relationships with external stakeholders through performance reports; Manage MIS/data reporting and metrics tracking; Produce monthly reporting deliverables; Measure revenue and other metrics; Propose process improvements to partners and leadership.
• In This Role, We Are Looking For Someone With: 2+ years in relevant ops role; English Fluency; Strong communication; Stakeholder interfacing; Basic to intermediate Excel; Project mindset; Adaptability and passion for creator economy.
