Job summary

You will follow food safety standards, assist the kitchen team to keep operations smooth, and develop familiarity with sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and follow kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations and food preparation areas
• Store and organize ingredients and kitchen supplies properly
• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth and efficient operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
