Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or steward is an advantage.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain waste segregation
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored and organized
• Refill cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damaged equipment
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and other duties as assigned
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
