Kon-Tiki Hospitality Corp. in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales, is seeking a Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team.

This full-time role supports kitchen operations, aids in food preparation, and helps maintain cleanliness and food safety standards to ensure guests receive high-quality meals. You will work with our chefs to organize ingredients, wash and chop vegetables, stock shelves, and assist with inventory and general kitchen tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize ingredients for cooking, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
• Wash, peel and chop vegetables, fruits and other items per recipe specifications.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep, plating and garnishing.
• Follow food safety protocols and health regulations.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to support efficient operations.
• Support kitchen maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Respond to requests from kitchen staff and assist with meal service.
