Macro Asia is seeking a Kitchen Helper to support the culinary team in high-volume airline catering or food manufacturing facilities. You'll assist with daily food production, ingredient handling, and uphold strict kitchen sanitation.

Formación

• Education: At least college-level/undergraduate or a high school graduate with relevant basic training.
• Experience: Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, commissary, or food-service catering environment is preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Stand for long hours, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy kitchen supplies.
• Work Ethic: Follow precise instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and cooperate with a shift-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cooks and chefs by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meat ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cooking equipment, floors, and utensils to meet hygiene standards.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and cutlery using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
• Receive, unpack, and store food and non-food supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage rooms.
• Follow strict food safety protocols, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
