  • Ensure in helping the Head Chef to prepare meals that are nutritious, flavorful, and visually appealing.

• Ingredient Sourcing

  • Purchase fresh, high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers.

  • Manage pantry inventory and maintain stock levels.

• Kitchen Management

  • Helps and assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

  • Ensure proper food storage and compliance with food safety standards.

• Special Requests

  • Prepare meals for special occasions, events, or guests.

  • Helps in preparation for dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, low-sodium).

• Budget Management

  • Helps in working within an agreed-upon food budget.
