Job summary

ARC Refreshments Corporation is seeking a Key Accounts Manager based in the Philippines to manage and grow relationships with major clients in a full-time role. You will lead a team of account executives, develop strategic account plans, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

You should have at least 2 years of account management or key account sales experience, preferably in FMCG, and aBachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.

About the role

As the Key Accounts Manager at ARC Refreshments Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with the company's key accounts. Based in the bustling city of GMA Areas, this full-time position will see you working closely with some of our most important clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued business growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of account executives responsible for key accounts


2. Developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximize sales, profitability and customer satisfaction


3. Serving as the primary point of contact for key account decision-makers, addressing their concerns and identifying new opportunities


4. Monitoring account performance and providing regular updates to senior management


5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services


6. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing key accounts


7. Providing coaching and mentoring to account executives to continuously improve their skills and performance

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management or key account sales, preferably in the FMCG industry


2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels


3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts


4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically


5. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis to track and report on account performance


6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
