goFLUENT Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to drive creation of high-volume content for middle and high school language teaching solutions.

You will combine instructional design, digital pedagogy, AI-assisted production, and project management to build engaging content for our platform. The ideal candidate has native-level to bilingual English, a related college degree, and strong content strategy experience for digital and blended learning environments, with a willingness

Formación

• Native-level, expert, or bilingual English proficiency.
• A college degree (those with a degree in education, English, linguistics, or a related field will be prioritized).
• Instructional design expertise and the ability to develop innovative content strategies for digital and blended/hybrid contexts.
• Experience in teaching young learners or English/languages, middle/high school settings, or writing/editing for young readers.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop activities that build language, critical thinking, and real-world communication skills while ensuring measurable proficiency (level progression).
• Curate and organize courses that meet curriculum goals and business requirements.
• Conduct research on curriculum standards and edtech trends to identify market opportunities, integrate best practices, and shape content strategies.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to establish project scopes and objectives, assess viability, and ensure deployment.
• Schedule, monitor, and adjust project timelines, resources, and deliverables to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to update and optimize content on goFLUENT’s platform.
