The role focuses on ensuring accurate tax filings, bank reconciliations, and precise financial reporting, including month-end adjustments and fixed asset capitalization. The ideal candidate will handle journal entries, inventory records, and balance sheet reconciliations with attention to detail, working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as they graduated in BSA.
• Willing to learn and be trainable.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and file BIR tax returns.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end adjusting entries (lapsing, accruals, etc.).
• Record and verify inventory transactions in the accounting system and count accuracy.
• Capitalize fixed assets with proper identification, valuation, and reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure data accuracy.
