Job summary

AMTRAK MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENT OPC is seeking a capable service technician to assist in the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of machineries, equipment, trucks, and related products.

The role involves assisting senior technicians, performing on-site service and field troubleshooting, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring safe handling of tools and company assets while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machineries, equipment, trucks, and related products.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.
• Assist senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Conduct inspection and testing of equipment before and after repair or maintenance.
• Assist in installation, replacement, and adjustment of machine parts and components.
• Respond to customer service requests and assist in after-sales technical concerns.
• Perform on-site service and field troubleshooting when required.
• Maintain proper records of service reports, repairs, replaced parts, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper use and safekeeping of tools, equipment, and company assets.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with the After Sales Supervisor regarding technical findings and required parts or repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service/work area.
• Perform other technical and after-sales duties as assigned.
