ClearSource BPO is seeking a Junior Asset Quality Engineer – Solar to ensure quality across residential solar assets and meet SLAs. You will review designs, perform audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly setting.

The role emphasizes NEC/UL/IBC code compliance, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and ongoing knowledge of solar standards, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years QA/QC or related technical roles; solar preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings and designs to identify issues.
• Familiarity with NEC, UL, and IBC codes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review designs and installations for NEC/UL/IBC compliance.
• Assess documents and photos for incentive program compliance.
• Perform QA/QC audits on residential solar installs.
• Manage project review queues to meet SLAs.
• Identify quality issues and drive resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support QA/QC Manager in goals and process improvements.
• Stay updated on NEC/UL/IBC and related codes.
