Job summary

Discovery Capital Finance Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Software Developer Associate to assist the Software Development Team in building, testing, debugging, and documenting web applications while undergoing supervised training.

You will develop and maintain features, support testing and debugging, and learn internal coding standards, version control practices, and development workflows while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned application features under supervision.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation of enhancements.
• Learn and apply internal coding standards, version control practices, and development workflows.
• Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks, updates, and implementation concerns.
• Participate in training, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.
