• Provide operational support for applications and services through a shift-based support model, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and technical support tickets.
• Perform software installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support activities.
• Assist with system maintenance, disaster recovery testing, and release management activities.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions to improve service reliability.
• Track and manage technical issues through ticketing systems while documenting findings, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements to application performance, stability, and operational processes.
