Job summary

Private Advertiser, a multinational manufacturer of electronic components, seeks a Junior Sales Executive for our new business development team in the Singapore River Central Region. This full-time role supports new business growth and key accounts across ASEAN with hands-on sales, prospecting, and client management.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience or knowledge in electronics or automotive industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience using CRM systems advantageous.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential new clients and business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and progress against targets using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and customer service to ensure successful deal closure and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for new business growth.
• Monitor customer demand and sales forecasts and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support the development of sales strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed departmental targets.
