Job summary

PL Aguila Manufacturing Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate who will work closely with the Sales Enablement Supervisor on sales operations, CRM, reporting, documentation, and process implementation. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, executive support, or office administration.

• Office-based with occasional field visits and meetings.
• Possible extended hours during reviews and planning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Enablement Supervisor on sales operations, CRM, reporting, documentation and process implementation.
• Assist with governance, training coordination, and sales tools deployment.
• Provide executive support activities and project coordination for sales initiatives.
• Support the Sales Director by prioritizing tasks and managing scope of responsibilities.
