Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests, keep account information updated, and ensure loan-related documents are complete. You will coordinate with various units to deliver banking services and prepare preliminary analyses for client proposals.

The role also involves assisting in budgeting and business planning, and handling customer complaints with recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple units to deliver bank services.
• Experience in budgeting or business planning is a plus.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Position Title

Relationship Associate

Job Summary

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.

Role Exposure

• Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
• Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
