Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Understanding of STLC and SDLC, QA methodologies.
• Ability to create, maintain, and execute test cases and regression checklists.
• Strong observational skills to identify edge cases and issues.
• Clear, actionable defect reports with steps to reproduce.
• Attention to detail and good written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn new testing tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manual functional, UI/UX, exploratory, and regression testing across mobile apps and back-office systems.
• Verify end-to-end user flows and data synchronization across the ecosystem.
• Create, maintain, and organize test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Log detailed bug reports with steps, screenshots, and logs.
• Inspect API requests/responses using tools like Postman.
• Test across OSes, devices, and browsers for consistency.
• Collaborate in Agile standups, sprint planning, and refinements.
