Qualifications

• Has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Understanding of STLC and SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Solid grasp of manual testing, test case design, and regression testing.
• Ability to write clear defect reports with steps to reproduce.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new testing frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual functional UI/UX, exploratory, and regression testing across mobile apps and back-office apps.
• Verify end-to-end user flows and data synchronization across the ecosystem.
• Create, organize, and maintain structured test cases and acceptance checklists.
• Log detailed defects with steps, screenshots, videos, and logs using Jira or similar tools.
• Inspect API requests and responses using tools like Postman.
• Test applications across multiple OS, devices, resolutions, and browsers; collaborate in Agile sprints.
