Job Description
Assist the Product Owner in defining, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives and customer needs.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and Business Analysts throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner in ensuring product features align with business goals, customer expectations, and technical feasibility.
Monitor product progress, track sprint deliverables, and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Assist in validating completed features through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure acceptance criteria are met before release.
Help identify opportunities for product enhancements by gathering user feedback, analyzing product performance, and researching market trends.
Maintain product documentation, including user stories, product roadmaps, release notes, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and contributing to Agile best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar product or software development role.
Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, or business requirements documentation is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
