Job summary

• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and leadership experience are encouraged.
• Internships or project experience in financial services, insurance, consulting, banking, technology, product management, or project management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new insurance products and enhancements.
• Conduct desktop research on market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Prepare product concepts, product summaries, business cases, presentations, and approval documents.
• Document product features, benefits, eligibility, exclusions, customer journeys, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with Product Development Leads to maintain complete and up-to-date product documentation.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring product development projects from initiation through launch.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across actuarial, operations, legal, risk, finance, technology, marketing, and customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain product governance and documentation, including approval papers, BRDs/PRDs, and implementation artifacts.
• Assist in translating approved product requirements into implementation documents and support testing and launch readiness.
