Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Junior PL SQL Developer to join our growing software development team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will design, develop, and maintain Oracle database applications using PL/SQL, contributing to efficient solutions that support our business operations.

You will collaborate with experienced developers, participate in code reviews, and help ensure high standards while growing your skillset in a global technology group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle concepts and PL/SQL programming.
• Proficiency in writing and optimising SQL queries.
• Understanding of relational database design and normalisation.
• Good problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn from seniors.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for performance.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design database solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality.
• Debug and resolve database issues and bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for database objects.
• Support testing and deployment of database applications.
• Assist with backup and recovery procedures.
