Work set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

As a Jr. MuleSoft Developer at Aether Global Technology Inc., you will play a key role in supporting the build and maintenance of our integration ecosystem. Working closely with senior developers and client-facing teams, you will help bridge the gap between different systems while learning to apply industry best practices and high-performance coding standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Integration Lifecycle: Drive the identification and resolution of integration stories and technical issues, including managing external dependencies.
• Development & Testing: Build, debug, and unit-test robust API and Integration Services.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain and update API Technical Specifications and ensure all documentation is published and accessible via Anypoint Exchange.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Deployment & Support: Prepare and review deployment procedures; provide post-production Hypercare support in coordination with the Operations team.
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate a smooth transition of developed solutions to the Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations team.
• Technical Estimates: Accurate effort estimation for assigned user stories and bug fixes.
• Codified Packages: High-quality MuleSoft packages including clean code, comprehensive MUnits, and detailed test reports.
• API Documentation: Professional-grade documentation hosted on Exchange.
• Strategic Insight: Ongoing best practice recommendations to improve system architecture and developer efficiency.
