Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated in Metro Manila is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to support project delivery through integration and API development activities under client direction. You will drive integration stories, estimate work, and create API specifications while building and testing services for enterprise-scale integrations.

Responsibilities include backlog participation, collaboration with Operations for issue resolution, and thorough deployment documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–3 years of MuleSoft Developer experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise integration solutions and APIs.
• 2–3 years with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Mule Runtime 4.
• 2–3 years in API design with RESTful APIs, RAML or OpenAPI (OAS).
• 2–3 years DataWeave DW 2.0 for data transformation.
• 2–3 years with connectivity/adapters like Kafka, FTP, SFTP.
• 2–3 years DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the role

The MuleSoft Developer will work under the direction of the client and support overall project delivery through integration and API development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive the resolution of integration stories, issues, and any concerns arising from external dependencies

• Provide technical estimates for assigned stories and issues

• Produce and update API Technical Specifications in accordance with approved changes

• Build, fix, and perform unit testing for API and integration services

• Participate in backlog planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate the resolution of technical issues

• Prepare and review deployment procedures and related documentation

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level integration solutions and APIs

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule Runtime 4

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in integration and API development, including RESTful API design, RAML/OAS, and API-led connectivity

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in DataWeave (DW 2.0) for data transformation and mapping

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with connectivity and adapters, such as Kafka, FTP, and SFTP

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Azure DevOps

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
