Job summary

alphatech development corporation is seeking a Mold Technician in Bulacan, Philippines. You will interpret production processes, convert them for equipment use, and conduct mold tests that cannot be performed at the Technology Center.

You will also set molds for testing, record setup sheets, and document improvements using systematic methods, while assisting in troubleshooting production processes. Fresh BS Mechanical Engineering graduates are welcome to apply with required documents.

Qualifications

• Graduates with BS Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates may apply (Diploma or TOR required).
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on shifting basis.
• OT may be required on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interpret processes and convert for production equipment.
• Test molds that cannot be tested at the Technology Center.

• Record and maintain mold and process setup sheets.
• Improve and document mold processes using established systematic techniques.
• Assist in trouble shooting production processes.
