Job summary

H2 Software in Makati is seeking a dedicated QA Tester to join our on-site team. You will perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, preparing test cases, executing tests, logging bugs, and reporting results. Open to junior to mid-level candidates with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Open to junior to mid-level QA testers (experience level will define scope of responsibilities)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman) is a plus
• Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in software development or banking/financial projects is an advantage
