Responsibilities

• Work on real and substantive legal matters under the guidance of experienced lawyers.
• Assist in civil, criminal, labor, tax, and commercial litigation and related legal work.
• Conduct legal research and help prepare pleadings, motions, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
• Participate in the Firm’s day-to-day client matters and deliver timely, high-quality legal services.
• Gain exposure to challenging assignments designed to sharpen legal analysis, writing, advocacy, and judgment.
