Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
• Wash, peel and prep fruits and vegetables; weigh and mix ingredients as needed.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers following recipes and standards.
• Test and ensure food is cooked to required temperatures and quality standards.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Support team to ensure timely, guest-focused service and adherence to safety policies.
