Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Basic understanding of network and telephony systems (routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, PBX).
• Ability to perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring routers, switches, VoIP devices, and PBX components.
• Support daily operations and ensure stable connectivity across sites.
• Handle basic troubleshooting, user support, and routine maintenance.
• Contribute to security policy enforcement and escalating issues with senior admins.
