Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to join our team, onsite in a regular day shift. You will gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and support IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, review BRD/SR, and contribute to process improvements. This is a growth-focused role in IT business analysis within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, CS, or MIS.
• Experience in business analysis or IT projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SDLC, SIT, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City on a regular day shift.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout project activities.
• Participate in requirements and functional specification walkthroughs.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and other project implementation requirements.
• Review and provide inputs on BRD and SR.
• Help assess project scope, resources, timelines, and enhancement priorities.
• Monitor and maintain system requests and project-related documentation.
• Assist in functional specification development and third-party coordination.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Support the development and updating of policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Facilitate or participate in process improvement workshops and working sessions.
• Support change management and implementation activities.
• Maintain business process documentation and inventories.
• Help monitor process improvement initiatives through appropriate metrics and reports.
• Work with different teams to promote continuous improvement and adoption of improved processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT project guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
