About the role
We are looking for an IAM Support Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the core Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The role will focus on day-to-day backend support activities such as access request tracking, reporting, reconciliation, manual processing, basic troubleshooting, and documentation. The successful candidate will help reduce the operational workload of the core IAM team by ensuring routine IAM tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Support user access provisioning and de-provisioning activities in accordance with established IAM policies and SLAs.
- Maintain and reconcile IAM records using Excel spreadsheets and system-generated data.
- Prepare monthly reports covering IAM service requests, including pending and completed tickets.
- Assist with user access reviews and corporate-wide IAM compliance review activities.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for IAM system failures, access issues, and operational errors before escalating more complex cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IAM enhancements and related system changes.
- Assist with manual backend processing, data validation, reconciliation, and miscellaneous operational tasks.
- Update IAM procedures, process documents, and supporting records using approved templates.
- Support investigation activities by gathering information, coordinating user communication, and escalating verified security incidents when required.
- Track outstanding issues and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
About you
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and access rights.
- Experience in operations support, application support, IAM support, or a similar administrative/technical support function.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including handling reports, reconciliation, and data tracking.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing repetitive or manual operational tasks accurately.
- Able to manage tickets, follow established procedures, and work within defined SLAs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.
