Job summary

RED is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and specify mechanical layouts for AHU, ventilation, heating, and chilled water systems. The role supports project planning and design efforts, using CAD tools for calculations and document control to maintain quality standards.

You will participate in team reviews to align technical requirements with deliverables. Required is a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years in engineering service design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years in engineering service design industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical design standards and codes.
• Strong communication and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with design calculations, specifications, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Designs and specifies Mechanical layouts for AC, Vent, Heating, and Chilled Water.
• Follow appropriate Mechanical engineering concepts and solutions.
• Support planning and designs of the projects.
• Uses computer assisted project software for project related calculations.
• Ensures document control methods are being adhered to and quality control standards.
• Attend team meetings to discuss/review project technical requirements and deliverables.
