Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a highly motivated GRC Engineer to join our Special Programs team. You will manage client accounts, guide engagements end-to-end, and ensure top-tier service across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF frameworks.

You will integrate quickly, manage a portfolio of accounts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Direct client engagement with U.S. clients, maintaining professionalism and executive care.
• Manage multiple cybersecurity compliance engagements without losing velocity.
• Hands-on execution across SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF frameworks in tech environments.
• Policy lifecycle authoring, rollout, and enforcement of enterprise cybersecurity controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end client compliance initiatives aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain policy and evidence repositories for audits and assessments.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and control gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines across concurrent client engagements.
• Drive direct client communications via email, chat, and video calls.
• Perform control testing and readiness reviews for continuous compliance.
• Partner on remediation with IT, security, and operations teams.
• Contribute to scaling delivery processes, templates, and SOPs.
