Qualifications

• 4+ years in GRC, compliance, security operations, or audit roles.
• Experience owning compliance frameworks or security operations programs end-to-end.
• Ability to make judgment calls when guidance is unclear.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance frameworks end-to-end, ensuring audit readiness.
• Design and maintain policies aligned to business operations.
• Coordinate remediation across teams when gaps are identified.
