Workstreet is seeking a Sr. GRC Engineer to lead client engagements and manage a portfolio of high-complexity accounts. You will supervise a pod of analysts, drive end-to-end compliance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF, and partner with executive stakeholders to guide risk decisions.

You will deliver tailored risk guidance, maintain robust policies, and ensure audit-ready documentation in a dynamic startup environment offering remote-first work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven client relationship manager with history of owning high-consequence accounts.
• Elite communicator able to break down complex technical parameters for executives.
• 3+ years managing technical pods or small teams in fast-growth tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship lifecycle for a portfolio of high-complexity accounts.
• Lead end-to-end compliance engagements across SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF lifecycles.
• Direct client communications with US-based executives and founders via multi-channel paths.
• Resolve escalations swiftly to ensure long-term retention and trust.
• Supervise and mentor a pod of junior analysts to drive delivery quality.
• Map environments to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST CSF baselines.
• Develop enterprise compliance programs and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate operational cybersecurity risks.
