Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing/corporate comms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Understanding of brand identity; maintain consistency across formats.
• Experience managing projects with external vendors such as printers/photographers.
• Excellent attention to detail with layout, typography and storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with print-ready and digital assets and production specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, social assets, email templates and event materials.
• Create internal communications, presentations and reports aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and internal teams to develop creative concepts.
• Liaise with external vendors such as agencies, printers and photographers to ensure timely delivery and spec compliance.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
• Provide creative input to improve visual impact and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control of outsourced materials.
