Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in Manila, Philippines (onsite) and focuses on material planning and replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent, and at least 3 years in material planning, supply planning, or operations. SAP IBP/SAP ECC/S4 experience is preferred to optimize inventory and support global planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply planning, or operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (order-based planning/Excel add-in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception-based planning.

Responsibilities

Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock.
Solve problems of raw material shortages.
Liaise with local material coordinators/site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process.
Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning.
Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
