The role requires 1+ year in software testing, mobile testing experience, API validation, and familiarity with JIRA/Xray/Zephyr.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of software testing or related field.
• Experience testing mobile platforms.
• Experience applying AI to support testing activities is a plus.
• Awareness of testing effort estimation approaches for planning workloads.
• Experience creating test strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
• Hands-on testing of APIs for backend validation.
• Experience testing native iOS and tvOS applications.
• English and Spanish at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Run functional test cases to verify application behavior against requirements.
• Establish and apply defect management processes for timely resolution.
• Produce documentation to support test completion and traceability.
• Carry out quality risk assessment and prioritization of tests.
• Spot potential automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Apply testing practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Create software quality metrics to gauge product reliability.
• Recommend changes or new features based on test outcomes.
• Share progress reports to keep stakeholders informed about testing status.
• Log and monitor defects for appropriate remediation.
• Prepare and share defect reports with necessary details for remediation.
• Guide and coordinate teams to advance testing activities.
