Job summary

eTeam Workforce Private Corporation Philippines is seeking a Junior Functional System Tester in Makati. The role focuses on validating configurations, integrations, and business processes across multiple platforms, under the guidance of the Test Manager.

You will prepare test scenarios, execute tests (functional, integration, UAT, E2E, regression), document results, and help triage defects. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ testing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on software/system testing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is an advantage.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E), and Regression Testing.
• Validate data flow and system interactions across integrated platforms.
• Record test results and provide testing evidence such as screenshots and logs.
• Log, track, retest, and verity defects until resolution.
• Support business users during UAT and provide basic system guidance.
• Participate in defect triage and status reporting activities.
