Fresenius Medical Care in Manila is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our centralized FP&A team in the Global Manila Hub. You will perform FP&A transactions and support group reporting and analytics.

The role requires 1–3 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a university degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Knowledge of SAP and AFO is a plus and you will work in a hybrid setup with flexible arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A or related fields (reporting/accounting).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; Excel/PowerPoint; BI tools a plus.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• High analytical and understanding of finance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and AFO is an asset.
• Ability to work in a larger team.

• Prepare periodic reports for group purposes.
• Prepare management reports.
• Extract data for financial reporting.
• Validate and control checks of submitted data.
• Support local country team in analytic tasks and ad-hoc data.
• Participate in implementing new procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Share best practices with colleagues.
• Execute tasks meeting agreed SLAs and metrics.
• Maintain process documentation.
