Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Manila is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our Global Manila Hub. You will perform FP&A transactions, prepare periodic and management reports, and support data extraction for financial reporting.

We value 1–3 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a university degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Hybrid work arrangements apply; collaboration within a larger team is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A or related fields such as reporting or accounting.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Job description

Hybrid - Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

We are growing our Global Business Services in Philippines and therefore we are looking for finance professionals to join our newly established team as Junior FP&A Analyst, who will be a member of FP&A centralized team in our Global Manila Hub. You will be in charge of performing FP&A transactions as indicated below.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of periodic reports for group purposes
• Preparation of management reports
• Extract data for Financial Reporting
• Validate and control checks of submitted data
• Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data
• Participate in the implementation of new procedures

Expectations

• 1 – 3 years of experience working on similar position in FP&A or any other relevant field, like reporting or accounting

• High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
• Knowledge of SAP and AFO (Analysis for Office) is an asset
