Job summary

Aon is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for global functions. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders and help maintain financial models and dashboards.

The role offers exposure to international processes, strong analytical development, and opportunities to learn modern FP&A tools, with a typical schedule aligned to EMEA hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years in finance, accounting or analytical role including internships.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting packages with actuals, variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist month-end close: accruals, invoices, prepayments and reclasses.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating data.
• Maintain financial models, trackers and dashboards ensuring data accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate variances, escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather inputs and answer ad hoc queries.
• Support process improvements and automation including AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting deadlines.
• Align work hours with EMEA time zone.
