Job summary

Aon is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for multiple functions. The role offers exposure to international stakeholders within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

You will work with BI and planning tools, automate processes, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining strong data integrity and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting or analytical roles (internships eligible).
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly reporting packages with actuals, variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist month-end close: monitor accruals, invoice payments, prepayments and re-classes.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by collecting, consolidating and validating data.
• Maintain financial models, trackers and dashboards ensuring data accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate variances, escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and respond to ad hoc queries.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives including AI-enabled tools.
• Adhere to internal controls, SOPs and reporting deadlines.
