Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of finance experience with exposure to FP&A and budgeting.
• Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency.
• Analytical ability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to network across functions and regions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in FP&A deliverables used in management and external reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy of reports and outputs.
• Maintain communication with specialists and provide support for report questions.
• Improve current deliverables by evaluating benefits, speed, and accuracy.
• Ongoing FP&A team support for special projects as needed.
