Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine facility and equipment maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, inspect buildings and perimeters, and assist contractors during projects. The role includes preparing reports and ensuring clean electrical and generator rooms.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related courses, or holders of NCII Electrician certification; fresh grads with NCII are

Qualifications

• Graduates of Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related courses are preferred.
• High School graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess a valid NCII Electrician Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
• Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration
• Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities; perform minor repair if needed
• Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/project activity
• Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations
• Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean
• Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO
• Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/storage areas
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Applicants can be College Graduate of Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or other related Course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate
• High School Graduate with sufficient experience is also encourage to apply
• Have VALID NCII Electrician Certificate
• Experience is preferred but no required
• FRESH GRAD with NCII is encouraged to apply
• Can perform preventive maintenance on Electrical System
