Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a qualified electrical maintenance staff to perform routine facility and equipment upkeep across sites in Iloilo and nearby areas. You will troubleshoot basic issues, inspect buildings and generator rooms, document activities, and support HO or contractors during projects, while keeping work areas clean and compliant.

This role welcomes new graduates with NCII certification and offers practical on-site training and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Must have electrical maintenance knowledge and ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• NCII Electrician Certificate is required or preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience is preferred but not required.
• Master Electrician credential is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting/corrective maintenance and restoration.
• Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities, performing minor repair if needed.
• Provide assistance to HO support or third‑party contractor during maintenance/project activity.
• Prepare and submit required reports, forms, and other documentation.
• Ensure that electrical and generator set rooms are clean.
• Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.
• Maintain highest level of cleanliness in work/storage areas.
• Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
